Call for Request for Proposal (RFP): YGA End-of-Year Evaluation (Annual survey) QED Group, LLC DBA Q2 Impact, invites eligible offerors to submit proposals for the following opportunity:

RFP #102032.001.26.295- YGA End-of-Year Evaluation (Annual survey).

Q2 Impact/YGA is seeking a service provider to plan and execute the End-of-Year Evaluation in close coordination with the YGA MEL team.

This initiative is funded by the United States Government under the Youth Grow Activity.

• Deadline for Questions: August 3, 2026
• Proposal Submission Deadline: August 19, 2026
• Submit both the Technical and Financial Proposals to yga.procurement@q2impact.com (Proposals sent elsewhere will not be considered).
• Include the RFP number in the subject line.
