Supply Mineral Drinking Water
We are reaching out to request your quotation for the supply of Mineral Drinking Water as part of an upcoming procurement process.
ACTED intends to establish a long-term agreement (LTA) for a duration of two (2) years with the selected supplier.
Interested bidders are kindly requested to submit their best offer using the attached quotation form. Please ensure that the quotation is signed, stamped, and submitted in high-resolution format to facilitate our review process.
In addition, please include the following supporting documents:
• Copy of your valid company registration certificate.
• Copy of the legal representative’s identification.
• Completed and signed ACTED BEST documents (Supplier’s Ethical Declaration, General Conditions of Purchase, Statement of Integrity, and Bidder Questionnaire), all attached for your reference.
The deadline for submission of offers is Wednesday, 03 December 2025, at 15:00 (local time).
